  22. AmiFTP uses asynchronous disk I/O which should make the transfer
  23. a bit faster. The CPS-rate is not calculated optimistic in any way:
  24. CPS=number_of_bytes_transferred/transfer_time

  30. If you're running the AmiTCP-version of AmiFTP you could try to send
  31. a CTRL-C to the process, type 'status' in a cli to find out the process-
  32. number and then type 'break <process_number>' and hopefully it will
  33. break.

  35. BTW, a new version of AmiFTP should be available on the www-page when
  36. you read this. (If not, it will come soon). The new version will not
  37. be uploaded to Aminet, it only contains a couple of small fixes.
